Sadako's argument is that Time-Cop can leave and go back in time, this would negate your "confundus" which would only happen once the 42mins where up and Dumbledore became aware of the Van Damme assault.

Gimped? Did no such thing, considering the odds are against the Van Dammes. I did make the error of not factoring in time-traveling Van Damme, that I am guilty of.

Even with the handicap, it's not clear. If Timecop is allowed to go back in time before team VD even shows up at the castle, maybe. Fact remains that a wizard is not gonna be snuck up on by a muggle, even one as badass as Timecop. How's he gonna find the Hogwarts founders? It's not as simple as "Timecop goes back in time and kills them." And if he somehow pulls it off, the school would still be founded, just by different wizards.

Once Timecop arrives in the past, 1000 AD, how's he gonna find the school founders? Even then, kill them?

If Timecop decides to go back in time and kill everyone in the castle, one at a time, he'll have to make thousands of trips.

Timecop using a bomb on Hogwarts in the past doesn't solve shit, the current wizards will still be alive.

He can go back as many times at other times later or before.

There could be like 27 timecops all working the place at the same time.
They couldn't touch, obviously...but its enough.

Lets ask the thread starter. I'd wager that as the timecop division is government funded and has future military grade weaponry at their disposal, OR that they could go black market OR with their scientists and equipment that they could just build one , that getting a bomb or small compact war head that'd fit in the pod aint no biggie.
