LOK3 Defiance vs. Twilight Princess

It's the manner in which these characters are portrayed. kain is very quick and fast. he's the elite vampire out of the entire series and previous games have outright stated he is so.

So you have no feats, concession accepted. 🙂

Link can react in a sword fight but he's not fast he needs the skill set taught to him to achieve his destiny. It's state din the game he needs the skills taught by the warrior.

Lawl, your argument is terrible. Play the game again, the Shade tells Link flat out he's a disgrace to his tunic early on when Link is already being blatantly superhuman. Then he goes on to /play tennis with lightning/, as NemeBro mentioned. Not fast?

I have common sense while you don't look at feats like a rationale person.

He's fast but nowhere near superhuman fast. I think you need to take the fanboy blinders off.

A rational person realises that a title does not a feat make. Being a vampire doesn't automaticly make you faster than, say, Batman. A normal man, who dodges bullets at point blank.

Link shows he's fast, can you play tennis with a lightning bolt?

So he's slow because he's slow?

Circular logic works because it does, amirite?

I understand this but Link did nothing in his own universe which makes him fast.

You are misinterpreting events again.

He's moderately fast because in the game this is how he is portrayed. He needs to acquire the skill to defeat well armored opponents he doesn't whiz by them due to superhuman abilities. This should be common sense.

1. He fought Ganondorf who can dodge Light Arrows by jumping thirty feet in the air...

2. "I'm Quanchi and even though I have no evidence you should accept what I say because I say so."

"Armoured opponents?"

Cause, you know, Dante never stops to fight mooks does h-.. OH WAAAIT, yes, he does, and so does Bayonetta.. And Sonic the Hedgehog, jeez. They're all slow, because they need to stp and fight the henchmen.

And? He had to beat him by riding close to him in a horse while ganondorf rode in a horse to get close enough for Zelda to hit him.

It's not my fault you don't get how the characters are portrayed because you want one side to win.

Yes, armored opponents.

Have no clue about Bayonetta but dante is incredibly fast in the games and is portrayed as much more than likely just like bayonetta. I get what the creators want me to get while you don't.

1. ?

I am referencing WW. Not TP.

2. "Hi I'm Quanchi and I am going to ignore feats and slander the other side because I have no real argument of my own."

3. What about them? And Link kinda... Doesn't need anything but his sword to handle alot of armoured opponents, like Darknuts.

You don't seem to get much. Like, that we need quantifiable showings of a character's ability in order for us to accept them as part of a lgoical argument, which is why Link is faster than Kain will ever be. He demonstrates, regularly, the ability to do crazy shit like shoot inch thick poles on the opposite ends of valleys, play tennis with lightning, and strike with his sword at a speed impossible for any real man.

We use feats to determine how the characters are portrayed. Based on those, we decide who wins. What do you do?

Common sense is just your preconcieved ideas overriding the current evidence.

Portrayal doesn't have shit to do with this. Link is portrayed as a hero with unflinching courage, Kratos is out for revenge from the one game of him I've seen, and Bayonetta is a skank. These are their characters, not their abilities.

1. I explained the entire scene which you failed to do so without blowing it up like he's not on a horse trying to avoid Link by manuevering a horse.

This is tp not ww so referencing another game has no place in this thread which makes my assessment of you spot on. You want link to win so you will bring up other link feats from other games. Sorry, it's a no go.

2.I'm nemebro and I will use other game feats because I really want Link and zelda to win because I am a huge fan.

3.Link needs the skills to progress throughout the game as the game clearly points out.

When did he play tennis with lightning? Explain these feats because I think I know what you are referring to here and if I am right you are just taking it out of context completely.

I use both feats and how the characters are portrayed which is what most should do here. When you try to create a false sense of who and what a character is capable by looking at a few feats and exaggerating them it's a sign of bias imo.

1. Difference is it is the SAME Ganon, he fights the same guy each time. Also, he deflects lightning from a possessed Zelda in TP noob.

2. Zelda isn't in this fight. My logic is sound, I have brought up feats. You require circular logic. Go back to comic vs. where they tolerate your shit.

3. Point? So do alot of characters, Kratos, Dante, pretty much any action-adventure hero. So point?

The game never pointed out that he needs these skills. What he needs is the items at the end of each dungeon.

Shit like the bow and the hidden skills are completely optional, except for when the game forces the first skill on you because you need that to use at the end.

Since when does being skilled take away from your other attributes? Quanchi seems to think they're mutually exclusive.

1.That's never been proven and this is tp Link so take other Link feats outside of this thread.

2.I go by how the characters are represented whereas you don't. You want to even bring up other feats and I bet take them out o fcontext. I wish I played ww because I guarantee you are.

3.He's not portrayed as superhuman fast. He's a hero of destiny who needs gear and skills to beat the game. Other heroes are genetic freaks or faster or stronger than Link has been portrayed.

Tennis with lightning and lifting huge pillars is quite a powerful "portrayal."

And again, not all the items are required and stated to be needed by the storyline. Like the bow in TP, Link was going through the dungeon to get the Fused shadow. Then he got to one of the Goron sages, and he went "Oh, by the way, we got the hero's bow, so you should take that along, too."

The hero points it out he needs skills to achieve his destriny when you train with him. To deny this is to be a fanboy.

My point is he is taught skills throughout the game other characters can do which doesn't make him superhuman just well trained.
