Meh. Dragon Ball wasn't big on quantifiable feats which is a problem as that is what most people accept here. The argument I've seen people use is the "He left blurry lines etc." which is the kind of crap retards on CBR pull.

They don't have to be set in stone quantifiable feats. I don't expect a scan that states Cell was moving at X percentage of light speed or something similar but I need a better argument than "Cell gets all blurry when he fights hence Thor can't touch him!".

Fact: he was faster than SSJ Goku
Fact: he was stronger than SSJ Goku
