I think Cell has a better shot than Vegeta - and in a way, even Buu - because not only does he regen, but every time he comes close to dying, his Saiyan blood amps him due to the experience. Buu's base durabilty was shit, but he had insane regen. Cell was more well rounded, though less powerful.

Still, Cell's advantages here are outweighed by Thor's, who has the means to wipe him out completely.

I still lol at Carver's Nappa beating Thor comment, though.

Nappa beats Thor... the day after i shit gold bricks.

How?

I mean, seriously. If you look at Thor's entire history, he has dozens and dozens of feats showing him able to react and move at these high end supersonic and up levels, the ability to tag those who can, or methods of multi-directional attacking/defending.

The whole "Thor is a slow brick and gets speedblitzed because he doesn't speedblitz people himself" idea is a myth, one that should have busted a long time ago. Does Thor get tagged in comics? Sure. By people slower than him? Yes. Does Thor also have plenty of feats to suggest him fending off superspeed attacks of the highest order? Yes. Will Thor use these methods as per the 'best to his ability' rules for forum battles? Yes.

ABC logic by some of the more radical Thor fans is actually pretty commonplace.. The Celestial breaking feat is a popular one.
