damn, that made me rummage for my db scans. assuming that the scanlation is accurate, shenron couldn't turn them back to normal humans because 17 and 18 were "more powerful" than him. but he did get rid of the bomb.
perhaps dr gero left the reproductive systems intacts as there was no need for it to be enhanced or something.

Kami still flicked away a charging, bloodlusted Goku. Piccolo came from Kami, but I don't think that means they were equal. More likely, Kami's evil half was originaly a weak, small portion of his soul. Ma Jr's hellish training tipped the scales.
