Not really. She just recently pulled off a move that was unheard of to Black Canary and toyed with Huntress in the beginning of the fight, until she threw dirt in her face. Even Gail stated that Shiva was much more skilled than Huntress.

Cass dethroned her in the death match rematch.
Cass left her beat up and hanging on a hook.
Promethous KO'ed Shiva in 3 seconds.
And Richard Dragon had the advantage on her before her henchmen saved her and then Dragon lost on purpose.

Context, man.

And Prometheus defeated the JLA. This is a guy who relies on the disk of the top MA in the DCU. Not a bad feat.

Prometheus used prep on the JLA.

Prom vs Shiva all he had was more martial art skill upgrade. Which means Shiva isn't as skilled as her reputation leads to believe in being number 1.

Yeah, he had the disk which included MOST of the best MA on the planet. Again, not a bad showing considering he had all that.

Fair enough but her rep/record isn't anywhere were is used to be.

Cass and Bruce record is much better as I view both of them ahead of Shiva in a hth fight.

To put it blunt Cass is the new Shiva.

And Bruce is a contender as there's not much to go by that he would lose a majority and both Cass and Bruce have a great case to be made.

Cass is pretty much super human and DC hardly ever has Batman lose. Just like him going toe to toe against 3booth Karate Kid.

The Prometheus that wrecked Shiva wasn't the real Prometheus. The Richard Dragon fight was non-canon.

She isn't true superhuman.

Yes, but she can still do things many super humans do on a regular bases.

Theres no proof to back that up, you're just making assumptions. You are also assuming her body reading or whatever makes her better than other MAs, not neccesarily.

I'm sorry but you haven't even provided any proof that shes even faster than Punisher. She is but thats not the point.

If you both agree that she's faster, then why bring it up?

His arguments in general are faulty. According to the arguments hes provided Batgirl is slower than Punisher that speaks volumes about his arguments in general. He hasn't really given any of his points any thought at all, he simply thinks that if Batgirl has done something or has an attribute that this gives her the win or makes her better than certain martial artists.
