I'd argue (if we're doing Moral Algebra) that the BP Cancer thing is far worse than the Batman Joker debacle. Mostly because the opportunity cost of lives that could be saved by killing the Joker is incredibly lower than the amount of lives BP could save by not being an arrogant, jingoistic dick and withholding his cancer cure.

And I'm not sure how many people actually died in Last Laugh.
But discounting Emperor Joker I'm pretty sure the total death count for Joker's direct victims has been around 3000. Sure its a huge headcount for a serial killer, a ludicrous amount, but it's nowhere near the amount who die every year from cancer.

You'd have a point, except I don't see how giving out a cancer cure can have disastrous consequences. Wakanda isn't under some Cosmic Prime Directive, there's a difference between interfering and helping, it's not always a well defined one, but it is there.
And besides there's the fact that Black Panther was BOASTING about not sharing his cancer cure. That goes beyond mere selfishness into the territory of outright assholery.
