She's a bit faster and more agile in that she can do flips. Not a better shot, she's a bullet waster, keep ignoring this. And moving out of the guns path is a great skill to have in a fight. But that's not winning it here against the likes of Agent 47, he's not some goon, hooker, druggie or pimp.

Prove that he kills his opponents quickly? Go look at the clip on the page before this. He usually uses one bullet to take down one target. He's efficient and keeps his cool.

He's got two guns he can (and does) fire simultaneously, so that 'head-tilt' maneuver is likely going to end her a ventilated cranium, moved out the one of one bullet and into the path of the other.

So how this really goes down: HM draws, fires, HG dodges and chucks a knife in his chest. And no, HM will not dodge, he never showed that type of speed.

-There where 9(maybe 10) guys total she killed in that scene. You've been told before, some of the kills are re-shown from a different angle; you're counting some kills twice. Ain't fanboyism grand?

Kill one, bald guy in black suit:

Kill two:

Shoots at this guy, bullet ricochets:

Then she head shots him for kill three:

Kill four, looks the same as guy who was kill two, but in the vid we can see it's a different person:

Kill five:

Kill six:

Kill seven and eight:

Kill nine:

Kill ten:

Kill eleven:

That's eleven kills with 20 shots, I was off 1. Add on 4 more in the lobby (I miscounted before) killed with 5 shots, that's 15 kills with 25 shot fired. So her firing accuracy was 60%. A far cry from the 25% bullshit claim you posted.

Even if he is 2% a better marksman (which has not yet been concluded), that's not gonna mean shit when he shoots, she dodges the bullet, and simultaneously makes a head shot FTW.

And as for the armor argument...........

Indeed. I do not see how this is not the logical conclusion. It's not like the feat was ambiguous. They straight showed her dodging the bullet meant for her head. 47 has no feats of speed or agility like that.

I am referring to pistol marksmanship. Shooting a pistol and shooting a rifle is as different as night and day.

They are competent, yet incapable of making more then two shoots directly towards her head with over 90 bullets. I'm sorry but that isn't competent, atleast not as I see it.

Where did she, beside from initially hiding behind the pillar, utilize cover in her shootout?

Bid Daddy obviously isn't Hitman like you believed in your post. And my point was that Big Daddy was a far more competent then HG.

Obviously, yet that doesn't change that markmanship in generel is applied towards utilizing a sniper rifle, and I hope that you don't think HG is better with that as well.
