A Jedi's precog reaction is very much tiered, depending on how powerful they are.
On top of that, even Jedi Council Masters can be overtaxed quite quickly by bullets.
The numbers worked out showing that only one or two hand guns is all it would take to overtax a Jedi's precog...and that's for a Jedi Council Master...much less the lower level Jedi.
That's the high-end.
Some people brought up points like how slowly the lightning traveled or how long it took for Palpitine to react to a force push. I consider those low-end feats: I wanted the fastest precog reaction times so I do not count those.
That isn't their reactions, thats just because in the movie the actors can't move fast enough (and for some insane reason George never had tehm utilise their super-speed outside of one scene 🙄 ) to get their saber in the way of several bullets in quick succession. Their reactions are still top tier.
Also as I said, Jedi can block each others precog, hence the Force push bit.

While I agree that George could have done much better with the Jedi's abiliies in the PT, we have what we have and cannot use something beyond what is in the films.
Additionally, there's a very specific reason I found and measured a scene that did not include another force user over-taxing a Jedi: it removes the technique I've seen used (which is baseless and has no place in the movies: battle precog is not far-seeing) by supporters of the force users and forces the point of a direct reaction/precog measure preventing any sort of skirting around the point of overtaxing.

You clearly havent seen any of Luke's training or force usage or the fact that Suited Vader only ever saw computer readouts in side his helmet....therefore line of sight was not an issue.

His best Pre-suit choke feat is from 5 feet away with eyes on.
