hulk's powers all seem to get buffed after getting his full power back in 611, even to the point where red hulk cannot drain him to the point of defeat (he tried to drain him and delivered his most powerful blow to date to no effect on a holding back hulk)
armageddon like all troyjans can manipulate cosmic energy, so i assume that's what he assaulted prof. hulk with in their first fight, and what he used to mess with surfer's power obviously.

Surfer character is to always reason with people...its just who he is. That doesn't take away from the fact that a underpowered Hulk koed him with a couple of well placed blows. A full powered Hulk would have killed him with those same attacks.

I don't know how much of a difference that makes. Hulk had torn apart the ship and would have been pretty exposed.
Could I have a scan of that please? Because as I recall, Surfer specifically stated that the portal had weakened him. I'm guessing it was a later reveal.

Besides weren't all the heroes or what have you restored, then transported to their respective times by the Elders?

Yeah, he got koed by a weakened Hulk who also got weakened by the Worm Hole and the disk and also have been fighting continuously relying on his weakened healing factor to aid him before facing Surfer.
Yeah, that Hulk koed him. Let's not forget that Hulk was trying to reason with Surfer in the beginning as well and Surfer hit him with his weapon AND his board.

Yes on his way through the portal but he would have still been offered some degree of protection as opposed to Surfer.

An example is, Young Namor brought to the universe when he bloodied up Sentry, and fought 616 Namor was not 616 Namor no matter how similar they were. I'm not making things up, it's pretty much a solid Marvel law

Its probably because forums such as this were heavily influenced by CBR back in the distant past but for whatever reason it was once accepted by most forum people that a character could use any ability that they had ever used, no matter how rarely over the years and the only reason they didnt use it in a particular fight was because of "PIS". K? So they were both weakened. Surfer was gimped without full access to his pc, and fighting the Hulk in conditions that should've been favorable for Banner. Yet Norrin was still giving Hulk and his team the bizness'.
