As far as the Diana feat goes, it doesn't really matter that Steve was talking to her; comics pull that shit all the time. She was moving pretty ****ing fast, so please, people, move on.
Just don't expect to be able to use that kind of outlier as being indicative of some kind of average.

There's also WW's performance against Zoom, there's WW at the start of Sacrifice blocking rapid-speed heat vision, there's WW getting more hits than vice-versa once they're on the ground facing each other in Sacrifice, there's the Amazo feat above....

She's still shown blocking multiple projectiles though. I don't see how that's not a reflex feat.
