The problem here is that you need to win a lot of money like that. These leaves us with four different issues
1. Games that you can win large amounts of money on on a single roll don;t really exist- those are low stakes games (you can roll a single die to win or lose a fortune in Hutt space if you wish). More refined dice games tend to involve multiple dice. This is much harder to mess with. This leads to..
2. You'd have to make Force rolls for every roll, and there would be a lot of them. So not only is there the possibility of failure...
3. ... there is then the possibility that you get noticed gesturing all the time, and then there is trouble.
But all of this is subordinated to the big one:
4. Casinos are on the look out for scams all the time. If people start getting ridiculous streaks of luck on a game like that, they can (and will) simply stop letting you play- they are under no obligation to serve you. They normally buy big winners a drink and navigate them away from the games, only being more firm about it if the unter is insistent on playing on.
Don't get me wrong- cheating like hell is, of course, part of this set up. But the Force is nothing like an instant win button, and you will need to put effort into avoiding suspicion (it has been dome in real life- it was always carefully planned).
Allying ourselves with a present gambler seems feasible, and pretty much our only option without any gambling talent among ourselves.
Is there any way to know what gamblers might be present before we start off to Robine? Or will that have to wait until we arrive and meet some at the tower?
We should be able to help them cheat sufficiently with the Force, though we can't do it overtly or often. Only in subtle moments.
If we can avoid throwing our own money into the gambler we go with, we should. If we have to, we'll start low and go higher depending on his needs.

Sounds like making friends is going to be our best bet. And probably shouldn't put all of our eggs in one basket.
