I couldn't resist the urge to bump this thread because Winter Solider gave Cap a ton of solid new feats, and I suddenly think this is a much closer fight, possibly even in Cap's favour. What do you guys think?
Before my argument was that Cap didn't have the fighting skill to match up with Ozy, but this new movie definitely eliminates that advantage. He also had improved speed/agility feats too. Toss in all his strength and durability feats and I actually think Cap might have this in the bag. Would be a great fight regardless.

What was Ozy enhanced with to make him super human?
There's no explanation for Veidt being physically superior. He just is.

Winter Soldier had a legit bullet (rifle fire) dodging feat, and Cap is faster than Bucky.
I'd still give the skill edge to Veidt. He trashed two street-level superheroes at the same time. I was just more impressed with his fighting(particular how easily he dismantled the Comedian).
He kept winter solider at bay though even when he was trying to hurt him and was able to place the nodes in the ship at the same time holding him back to do so. When cap stopped holding back he took soldier down.
Also captain was able to survive chitari disintegration weapons while they were just ripping the humans apart.
Took multiple gunshot wounds, and the fall from the ship.
