There was no "boost" in powers here. His powers were just portrayed better in this one. Me and others always saw the extent of his powers from the first one and argued for Cap on this thread from day1.

In Agents of SHIELD a guy with super strength pushes a bulldozer across a football field in about 20 seconds then asks if he beat Captain America's time. Not even close.

Cap has some pretty dang decent strength, better than Ozy.
