True but not on the level of catching a bullet with human hands. This comes only through mastery of fighting. It's impossible, even under the suspension of disbelief, for a human to perform that feat on a whim without being a master of fighting.

Did it really take him being a super martial artist to catch that bullet? He was looking right at her, and he could easily tell where the barrel of the gun was pointed. Common sense would say someone as smart as Ozzy just put his hands where he knew the bullet would come. It's a nice speed feat as he did indeed get his hands up in time, but anybody with enough reflex speed could do that.

What you don't understand is that these guys are good at quick drawing because they practice quick drawing and not MA. Ozy was good at bullet catching because he is a master of MA. No where in the comic or story does it suggest that Ozy caught the bullet because of a reason different than MA training.
You can't get good at bullet catching by practicing catching a bullet (you be dead) and also it makes 0 sense (against the suspension of disbelief) that Ozy's skill didn't come from MA mastery. Thus the skill is only a residual of MA mastery.
There is NO fictional medium that shows a human character catching a bullet due to reasons other than MA mastery. It goes with the suspension of disbelief and COMMON SENSE.
