Rulk used Mjolnir's abilities and thus showing that if you can lift the hammer you can use it. Destroyer can lift the hammer because it's not really living. And thus it can use it.

If Diana and was in Thanos body controlling then her fighting X character she only get's Thanos standard equipment and not her own. She doesn't get her tiara or braces or lasso. Just Thanos equipment.

Diana can't mentally will and summon her equipment like Thor can with Mjolnir.
Unless OP specifically bans Mjolnir, there's no reason to assume that King Thor in the Destroyer Armor doesn't start off with the hammer. And if he doesn't start off with it, there's literally nothing to stop him from summoning it.

It's not Thor but the Destroyer. Thor is animating it outside the battlefield.
This is like those threads of character X in character's Y body. Character X doesn't get character's Y standard equipment. For example, Wonder Woman in Thanos body doesn't get the lasso or tiara but rather Thanos standard equipment.

you are not making sense period, this is King Thor which means Odin is gone duh, King Thor has the OF he can summon the mojlner, spear of heaven , casket of winter it's within his ability.
Even if it were allowed by forum rules then there is proof that Thor can't summon Mjolnir since we was shown having to pick it up manually.

Even assuming that such would normally be true(which it isn't in the case of Mjolnir), we are talking about King Thor here and him having access to his powers + those of the Destroyer makes him far more powerful than someone who can only access the Destroyer's power.
