Not through speed. It was made clear it WAS ONLY because Spidey was able to anticipate his attacks- Spider sense.

Masterson was in Thor's body. It wasn't like he was slower than real thor.

And has been stated to be faster than the Hulk since their first fight.
Logan dances around hulk too. Hulk isn't fast by any measure.

Hulk clearly has super speed above Spiderman and Wolverine's.
Spidey and logan have both blitzed hulk.
