I'd definitely give IM3 Iron Man the win with his HulkBuster and multiple other armours fighting together.

And secondly Loki will sit there and allow Ironman to take off his armor and, at Ironman's request, will try on the armor for no other reason then to prove that he can do a better job than Tony at being a playboy billionaire that also plays superhero. Once he's in the suit KAPOOYA!!!!!

Based on screenfeats, Loki isn't a threat to Iron Man either. Loki can't fly, and he doesn't have super speed. What's he going to do when Iron Man aerial bombs him to Kingdom Come? Even if it was up close, IDK if illusions will work on the suit, and I don't recall any Loki strength feats that put him on IM pwnage levels. Thor has strength feats, but Loki doesn't, and Thor and Loki are not equals by any means. This Thor>Iron Man=Loki>Iron Man stuff is nonsense.

Loki did a bit better than Iron Man (at 4x normal power) against Thor.

I like IM more, but Loki has an edge.

Iron Mans suit will eventually break, Loki's durability will last long after that. I dont think IM has any weapons in Avengers stronger then than the bi frost explosion.

The Manderine's forces could take out Tony's suits with out little problem. Loki is much above them I think.

Granted Loki will have a hard time hitting Tony but when he does, his daggers can cut through Thor... shouldn't have any trouble cutting IM.. IM was also hurt by chitauri weapons and Loki carries a chitauri staff. Loki is also strong enough to block blows from Thor which should put him within the same strength range even if he's not as strong. We do know that he's far stronger than Cap and that he's strong enough to pick tony up with one hand and throw him several feet through a window.

Why wouldn't illusions work of the suit ?

Iron Man can't even survive the Mandarin whereas Loki survived the Hulks beating. Loki is on another level.
