Hercules is physically as strong as Thor, there you go.

Proof is the arm wrestle that was knocking the earth around, after a long time with no winner they finally gave up

IMO Thor is close to Hercules in strength. I still feel Hercules is a little stronger but insignificant amount.
I don't take that armwrestling feat as Law since it occurred AFTER the comic was over (like a non canon cereal box story for fun). But then again, if two characters are very close in strength then it's irrelevant who's stronger since the outcome of a fight will never come to that.

Someone must have that scan of Hulk from Heroes Reborn, where a whole universe - literally - flows through him and he's perfectly fine afterwards??

Hulk's had insane feats in the past, but many here hate them and tend to downplay the character. There's been a change, ofcourse, hence many rather than most, but now people have cooled down and are revisiting Hulk's most recent collection of outlandish feats and slowly making their peace with the simple and unalterable fact that has been since Marvel birthed Hulk: Hulk Is The Strongest One There Is!

(yeah, that was a little triumphalist, but I remember making most of these points 5 years ago and again during WWH and many times afterwards ...)

Pak's just reiterated and condensed down into a single series of inter-locking arcs, a modest collection of Hulk's higher end abilities. I say modest because, HOTM aside, everything else has in the past been topped by Savage Hulk. Everything.

If I'm recalling the Heroes Reborn feat correctly, I suspect even HOTM would be a lesser feat in comparison.

👆 if you ask me, benchpressing the earth for 5 days is retarded fan service, but SM sure as hell did it. same goes for hal controlling abstracts now, it's a shit story, but even I'll accept this particular portrayal puts him above Silver Surfer.

Oh, I agree.

At least Pak's feats have story purposes, instead of being done for the sake of being done. And Hercs universeal press beats a mere planetary press. 🙂

Thats why I have always accepted everything. It's the only fair way otherwise people pick and choose what applies. If people think everything in comics adds up they have another thing coming.

So since Sentry lost to Hulk, you accept WWH > Sentry? 😈

the measurements are legitimate. writer intent was clear and undeniable. both the measurments and the calculations were presented in the comic as factual truth, not made by posters like h1a8.

nowhere does it say, one of hulk's punches equals 133 of hercules's. hulk's innards tanked a force 133 times greater than herc's strongest punch.

damn!! From that scan i thought they measured the hulks punch and not his innards. LOL. Thanks for clarifying that for me. I'll have check this out.

Orion killed Darkseid right? How can he not kill Hulk?

Wasn't Hulk dying during Heroes Return?

He was dying when he was literally in both universes, though the moment I'm thinking of was the return from Franklin's universe to regular 616.

Hulk was the nexus and conduit for their escape, iirc, and as a result the second universe was flowing right through him in order for Reed and co to escape.

Vague (and likely inaccurate) recollection, read/scanned over the comics years ago.

Dynamic strength, healing factor, and superior hand to hand showings.

What is contradictory under the same writer is that He is portraying Hulk's guts capable of tanking 133 hercs.

But apparently Hulk's head can only tank one herc with out visiting the ground.

Seriously I should just take Pak's word and forget anything that has been shown to me before after all that is canon now 😕

Sometimes I feel Pak troll the boards as Carver 😛

Hercules was obviously exerting 360 hercs in that scan.

The same arc in which Thing went toe to toe with Hulk, the same arc in which time and time again Amadeus Cho (speaking for the writer) went to lengths to explain that Hulk was ALWAYS holding back and pulling his punches.

No matter how strong Hulk is, if he's hit hard enough, he will fall over, he doesn't have some kind of gravity cancelling power, he can topple.

Hell, Thing toppled Galactus! And Hercules' feat above means just as much as Thing's feat against Galactus.

What if I said "Superman lifted Earth weights but after this showing, he has only shown mountain level punches". Does that discredit the ft or does that Superman lifting ft still belong to him? Also, "Herc surprised attacked him...whats so hard to understand?

By the way, I'm not discrediting the Superman ft because it belong to him...trying to prove a point.

You are discrediting Superman's feat. You dirty moda ****a! You are now reported. PR will handle the banning.

SEE YOU IN HELL! uhuh

Naah, I love the ft and Superman is well deserving of it.

Now its about time for Thor to crush/push a planet.

Using the words "mountain level punches" is factually inaccurate, so your example doesn't really hold up.

Isn't current hulk dumb again? I know Orion isn't the smartest guy but in a fight isn't he supposed to be rather skilled and knowledgable, Couldn't that factor in at all

How would that prevent Hulk from not knowing to punch Orion into a dream world?

Hulk has natural fighting skill and supernatural accuracy with his hits.

Even "dumb" is relative, Hulk isn't like DD or Grundy or Juggernaut, he uses cunning and he adapts to his opponent's tactics pretty rapidly. Check out the recent fights underwater.
