Honestly, not sure.I don't really care which movies makes more. Never understood that, it's not like we have shares or personal stakes within a company lol.
Most trackers have it at 95-120M OW. Mainly because of the Avengers effect. But that's a little lower than MOS.

I haven't seen MOS but Johnny's Nova flame was recorded at 4,000 degrees Kelvin and stated to be hot enough to potentially ignite the atmosphere and kill all life on Earth.Which makes perfect sense actually.
4,000 degrees Kelvin is around 6740.6 degrees Fahrenheit. For comparison, the surface of the sun is 10,000 degrees Fahrenheit, and 5,777 degrees kelvin similar to temperatures found in the core of the Earth. Also, the melting point of diamond is 3,820 degrees kelvin.
They just call it "Johnny going Supernova" not that it is an actual supernova.
Doom's organic metal skin was stated to be harder than diamonds in the movie as well so if this Superman (haven't seen MOS yet) has greater than diamond hard durability, (could he survive going to the core of the Earth?) he should be able to endure it too.
Against Doom, he completely cut loose, because he knew that his sister's forcefields were creating a safe, isolated environment which could contain his devastating power.
You're just speculating with that supernova theory of yours.

What SS did to Galacktus was a chain reaction. He went in and destroyed the heart. It wasn't a blast that emcompassed the entire gaseous cloud that dwarfed the planet.

And really, all the guys who love feats - not that there's anything wrong with that given the story is halfway decent - should hope Man of Steel does good if they want something akin to a Green Scar Hulk on the screen or Worldbreaker (lol) Thor.Man of Steel's biggest strength is that they made Superman both as awe-like and powerful as he should be at the very least, but also made him human. Idiots out there think you can't have a good character unless he's tortured and dark or doesn't possess godlike power, which is the dumbest shit I've ever heard of, tbh.
For the record this Man of Steel Superman's best/worst strength feat was not being able to hold up part of an oil rig. That means he was <CL100.
Ben in the FF2 movie held up The London Eye

Speculation based on the feats shown in Fantastic Four 1 and 2. At no point did Johnny show the actual power of a Supernova and devastate light years of space or outshine all the stars in a galaxy.
The absent of this kind of power being shown leads me to assume the supernova statement is hyperbole.
Especially considering the combined power of the Fantastic Four in Johnny, essentially making him Super Skrull when he fought against Doom w/stolen Silver Surfer power demonstrated no where near the power to devastate a solar system.
Neither did the power of the Silver Surfer whose final suicidal attack on the planet consuming Galactus cloud was just a planetary attack as we all saw.
If you feel the Human Torch really had the power of a Supernova then why was the galactus cloud a threat to begin with? Why didn't he just explode with the force of a supernova and dissipate the cloud?

Case in point: An atom bomb produces temperatures of upto 200 million kelvin, which is ten times the temperature of the Sun's core. Yet its overall destructive energy output is astronomically lesser than that of a sun's. Not to mention that temperatures higher than the Sun's core have also been produced in laboratory conditions in real life. Which further undermines your position, as Johnny cutting lose was in a protected environment within Sue's forcefield.

I would buy this explanation if he hadn't been recorded at 4,000 kelvin, before the instruments were destroyed, and Sue Storm stated he almost went Supernova.
"Johnny you were at 4,000 Kelvin, any hotter and you're approaching Supernova,"
"Sweet!" Johnny said,
"No not sweet, that's the temperature of the Sun." Sue finishes.
The difference between 4,000 kelvin and a Supernova of 100 Billion Kelvin is such an astronomical difference there would be no point in saying such a thing Godkiller.
And she said that's the temperature of the Sun.
Now our Sun, at no point in time generates Supernova temperatures Godkiller. At best, the core is around, depending on what site you look, 15-20 million degrees kelvin. No where near 100 Billion degrees.
By Sue comparing Johnny's potential temperature to our Sun, tells me Johnny's Supernova state is just a nickname, and actually no where near the temperatures of an actual Supernova.
A hyperbolic statement to essentially say he's really hot, and going into solar temperatures, and he could potentially set off a chain reaction and ignite the atmosphere.

Plus, it's comics. The intent of the writer to wow the reader with Johnny's power was pretty obvious, and it's doubtful they even considered the finer points of the subject..

I'm just basing it off buzz. The 2 most anticipated movies this year were IM 3 and MOS. Both doing great BO now OS. I don't think Thor will out gross either of them. I think IM was the one to benefit most from the Avengers effect and he'll get past 400, but not by much. For MOS 300 is a lock, but we don't know how it's legs will be. Too early to tell.

TBH Dc and Marvel needs each others films to be successful, if one or two comic movies flops it can possible problems in future films. When Green Lantern tanked in the box office; fault falling on Dc interference it cause a negative feed back not only in Dc marvel as well. We have to remember the studios are dishing out 200 million for comic movies that's just the budget, we are not even taking in the promotion side which is 150-200 million, so yeah marvel needs dc to do well and vice versa.
