feats from both versions were deemed usable by curry (not just for my character, but for others' as well) since the character's power remained very much unchanged. really no differences of note aside from the scarab-speak was in english....power levels and abilities stayed about the same through both series'.

Phasing should be unaffected. This was strictly to prevent a people from camping out in these damn dimensions 🙂

Well in regards to Jared. You have the body of the chosen Fate, and the true heir to Fate in Hector. Combine them and you have Dr. Fate, than its within your ability to summon your Helmet and Amulet. Thats the clever part. I would run this with the host, and judges in private for a rulling.

Jarred only gained his physicals because the artifacts exploded and their power ( along with that of the Lord of Chaos present bathed him)

using the mind of Hector to "summon the artifacts" would in fact take that power from his body.

Hector shares the distinction with Kent and Erik of being aged amd physically altered by the power of Nabu/ artifacts. that is what gives them their physicals. now considering the much lower power level of the two versions of Fate who weren't so altered ( Inza, Linda and Kent V). this would limit you to their lower power levels and without the mind of inza wont have the creativity to compensate

Also this ruling doesn't affect teleporting to another dimension where the base of the character is located in prep time, does it?

Can't imagine it would. Prep time would still be relative though. No time shenanigans to extend it. That's pretty standard issue for prep in tourneys anyway.

It does not, though like Digi mentioned, the prep-time remains relative 🙂
