Combat feats between two or more characters that have fought each other is a feat and not a statement. All characters in this thread are fast combat wise, but you will never see one overwhelm the other when they fight eachother.Because most of the time they don't fight at superspeed.

1. I opened with a Wonder Woman feat that justified a higher "combat" speed ranking. The showing is canon. I do not care much if you like the writer or not.
For further analysis- Clark does not tend to blitz often. I know he can. I'm talking about what he "does", not what he "can do." Thus the reason for using the term "combat" before speed.
He tends to eat it on the chin. This is fact. And it's a fact that I take into account. Personality dictates action as much as physical capability does.

I wasn't asked to write an essay on "why" this is the case. I was asked to rank based on my own honest opinion. That has been done.
2. Gladiator's a virtual superman clone. Light speed+ movement is included. He's flown at trans-light speeds while fighting foes, which covers combat. His eye beams move at light speed by definition- and he tends to blast often in combat. He speed blitzes rarely (much like Clark), but when he does he can kick the Hammer out of Thor's hand before the guy can react.
3. Surfer moves far faster than Superman. He spans the Galaxy looking for Big G's next meal. This guy lives most of his days moving at speeds that Clark would struggle to achieve. And he does so casually, while dodging planets and degree.
For combat- moving those lengths to charge into combat is more than enough in itself. But his Cosmic Blasts (which are his PRIMARY offensive- not his punches like Clark) are ALL fired at FTL speed.
Which means that while Clark "sometimes speed blitzes"- Surfer uses light speed attacks as his norm.
4. Thor throws Mjolnir at twice the speed of light. He moves with enough speed to be a blur. And he uses a mix of a physical attacks AND energy attacks.
His hammer blasts and lightning also reign down at light speed. And that's pure combat speed inflicted damage. This is ALL factored into the fact that I only place him at a 75.
5. You're being a Dick.
Why not give "5" a rest, and stop behaving in such a manner that Clark himself would bend you over his knee if he were present?
Seriously, now. Give some thought to your preferred archetypes.
