Here's another tip. If the person who wrote the comic and wanted the speed to be sub-light, Take his words and not h1 like calculations from readers who have no say in the writing of the comic.

Thanks for proving my point!! You did a great job.

The writers intent is that the entire feat was performed at sub-light speed. Not sub-light then billions of times faster than light then back to sub-light speed. Lol

It's kinda funny that you then bring h1 up as an insult.

He's the guy who always argues writer intent, ESPECIALLY when he's ignoring what's shown on panel....

Edit: Can't quote Mindship, but 👆 on the calculations.

It gets even faster if you factor in the fact that he had to run over the entire city (the citizens weren't all gathered in one single spot) and...the fact that the trip OUT of the city, he was carrying them under light speed. Therefore, his trip INTO the city would have to be even faster 😛

Which is laughable at best.

So according to your logic, Odin is omnipotent when clearly he is not 👆

According to yours so is superman, so what's your point?

Nice deflection, keep on topic. Superman is not here you poor superman traumatized soul.

This is Flash we are talking about and I am giving you the Odin example to show how futile is your attempt to low ball the feat.

Btw, FYI Superman is not omnipotent.

But according to YOUR logic Odin is omnipotent 😂

Pretty clear JBL that you're just parroting what others argue, and are squirming now that you have to argue on your own merits.

The subject is how fast was flash moving. The writer said Sub-light. You want to ADD to the feat and speed because YOU want it faster. The writer already gave you the speed from start to finish.

Guys, don't lowball the feat either. Trying to make sense of it is bad enough as it is.

And yet you tried to prove your point by an analogy that had no room for misinterpretation and you still got it wrong. Let those who actually read comics do the debating.

If I was among those you were directing it at(since I literally said I low balled the distance), I did it because the actual distance is impossible to determine, and what I did was easier math.

Writer said they were carried there at sub-light speeds.

I agree.

Writer said he evacuated 500,000 people, 35 miles away, in 0.00001 microseconds.

I agree.

I am not adding to the feat. I am taking both statements at face value. You're ignoring an entire statement because it doesn't fit your interpretation. Whereas I am not ignoring, or making anything up.

If I make a round trip of 450 miles in 6 hours to pick something up I found on Craigslist, and carried it home whilst driving under the speed limit (which, as everyone knows, is 55mph), well....it's simple.

Your interpretation ignores my entire statement about 450 miles in 6 hours, and merely focusses on the 'driving under the speed limit' part of my return journey.

I don't think the traffic cops would accept my defence.

I was speaking more about people acting like the only thing he said was that the travel was at sub C, when it wasn't the only thing he said.

Just noticed a lot of the decent or respectable marvel side debators are gone and we were left mostly with the laughing stock of debators for marvel.

It's not even a Marvel/DC debate. I argue for Marvel all the time. My victories (and losses) in the BZs use Marvel guys - Vulcan, Aquarian, Fantomex, the Spot, Hercules, Cosmo. I argue for the Maker, Black Panther, etc. So no, it's not that.

That kind of talk isn't really needed or welcome, tbh.

I would love for you to show that feat to a Judge and let him read it and then you tell him flash was moving millions of times the speed of light. He would ask you... Can you read son??

Yes, I can. If you had read the topic you'd know how much you ****ed up. Now that you don't have arguments of others to repeat, you're straw grasping. Can YOU read, son?

There is still some decent Marvel debators though and some of the neutral guys like DS are good debators too.

Just saying that the heavily biased marvel debators we have left are really not as good.

I will vote for Marvel if I think the match deserves it "Mr. Odin is omnipotent"

Here, let me show you.

Galactus vs Superman: I think Galactus wins
Odin vs Superman: I think Odin wins
Tyrant vs Superman: I think Tyrant wins

You on the other hand

LT vs Odin: Narration says Odin is omnipotent therefore Odin wins 😂
