Um, I dunno about that.Despite defeating BvS in pre-ticket sales; Civil War is actually doing WORSE than BvS so far.
BvS made $80 million during it's Friday, whereas Civil War only netted $75 million on Friday.
Still, Marvel movies are usually not as front-loaded as DC movies and this movie will probably go on to earn more when it's all said and done.
We shall see. As I said I'd be surprised if it doesn't ultimately make $1 billion.
CW will have a better Saturday and Sunday than BVS.

Knew you'd reply with that.

She tries, but i remove her dentures ahead of time. I'm not an amateur. 😬
She has Hulk-level strength, she can bite adamantium off even without her teeth...
But you like her so much, take her, take her 200 miles away from me.

Pretty dumb complaint TBH. reaching much.Lets also complain at to the type of shoes Cap was wearing. I dont think they matched his outfit.
Oh I know , how about who was filming that footage during the destruction montage? (easy to answer, but it might perplex you for some reason)
So no reasonable explanation as to why the film exists?
Let me ask you a question.
Why would bucky shoot out a camera while under mind control?
Spoiler:
This film was what the villain was searching for the entire film to split cap and stark up
So it's a an important complaint... one the writers could have easily written better

Nothing happened?Spoiler:
Zemo won in the end. He achieved what he wanted.
Bucky is out of the picture. Scarlet Witch, Hawkeye, Anyman were all prisoners that were broken out by Cap. They are fugitives from the law.
Vision is confused about him having feelings and feeling like shit for almost killing War Machine. Tony cant trust Widow.
The whole team trust and dynamic is gone.
A lot happened in this movie.
Yes lots of things happened in the movie that's not what I mean though you've completely misinterpreted.
The central conflict of government regulation between Tony and Steve went unresolved, they disagreed in the beginning fought about it and then continued to disagree until the credits rolled. Nothing changed in the end, nothing was achieved or evolved or developed other than black panther.
Imagine if this was a standalone movie and there wasn't going to be anything after this. It would make absolutely no fuking sense how it ends. It feels like an incomplete movie. Honestly, It's just a kickass episode of television, not a standalone movie. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing because the next installment will continue this story.

I'd say Wanda impressed my more than Spiderman though I am admittedly salty that he had to be a side character and
Spoiler:. Black Panther was awesome which made it all worth it.
job to Captain America in their fight
Also anyone find it odd how the Avengers are regarded as enhanced individuals even though only two of the Avengers proper actually have superpowers: Vision being a unique case.
Originally posted by MindsetNo but it would've been nice had the movie been a little more self-contained and less like an episode of a series. Absolitely nothing progresses or changes for the characters throughout the movie and that feels a bit weird. Not weird enough to dislike the movie, but it's just an abstract feeling I got at the end like it didn't actually end and wasn't a full experience. Sort of similar to empire strikes back and the second lord of the rings. Oh and good job your sarcasm skills are improving!

Originally posted by wakkawakkawakkai thought about that for a second, and i half expected a witty response from someone, but then i just went with it because it's not like any of them are normal people, even sans superpowers. Black Widow could walk into any room in the world and kill everyone in the joint... i think, in a sense, that qualifies her as being "enhanced"
