Who will die when Caps actor finally gets dropped?
he only has 1 more contract for one more movie

BvS and Civil War were both DC and Marvel Event films.

I mean Civil War basically was Cap vs IM. And even involved Team Cap vs Team IM. Bucky was the main reason for the fight.

Cap was the main character in Civil War but it certainly wasn't a Cap "standalone" film.

It's not performing like a standalone movie, either. At least at the box office. Even though spider-man was marketed late, there was still a lot of hype for him waaay before the movie even came out and Sony made the deal with Disney.

He might extend it.

Yeah, after the shake-up at Marvel, Chris Evans said he'd do more, iirc.

Yup.

I'm glad; he's a REALLY good Cap.

Chris has made Cap way more popular to the mainstream.

He is nearly RDJ levels for me.

He's really come a long way as an actor too, imo.

RDJ was back to his old self in terms of acting. He basically stole the show in that department.

He was much improved in Civil War, aye.

Winter Soldier made 700+ million. And it BLEW away The First Avenger at the box office. It stands to reason hype was going to be way up for the 3rd cap film and if it made the margin increase that TWS made over TFA then $1 billion was definitely in the books. Iron Man 3 made over $1 billion and that was a stand alone film.

Stop being an idiot for once in your life Golgo, I know it's impossible for you but at least try.

So, you're saying the Avengers and Spider-Man didn't help the box office? Come on, man, stop being an moron.

Yeah, the Russo's got a good performance out of him. Totally the opposite from I'M 3 and AOU, IMO.

It's a Cap movie that features other characters.

Cap 2 had other characters as well. This is still a Cap film.

Nope.

Remember it's a Cap standalone film.

LOL

Almost nobody even knew Spider-Man was going to make an appearance...

We're comic nerds, we don't count.

Now he is. I totally agree. His performance in TWS and CW was incredible.

It's true that wasn't marketed much.
