Episode 4 Synopsis:
The Bingo Tournament's Special Prize is the Dragon Balls!
On Earth, Bulma holds a lavish birthday party on a luxury cruise liner! Moreover, the bingo tournament’s special grand prize is the Dragon Balls!! However, the Pilaf Gang show up to steal the Dragon Balls?!Headed to Kaio's Planet!
Beerus and co. search for Super Saiyan God! Based on the prophecy from the Oracle Fish they travel to Kaio's Planet, but with Goku there visiting, is a clash inevitable?!
The title for Episode 5 has been released:
Kaiō-sei no Kessen! Gokū Tai Hakaishin Birusu
"The Battle on Kaiō’s Planet! Goku vs God of Destruction Beerus"
So I imagine that Beerus/Whis will arrive on King Kai's world at the end of Episode 4. In Episode 5 we should see Goku and Beerus actually fight again.
Really? They're already planning on 100 episodes for DBS? That's awesome! lol
I wonder how strong they'll end up getting... I'd love to see some real feats, like Goku moving a planet with his physical strength, or something. Wouldn't be much of a stretch, since he did it just from powering up all the way back in the Saiyan saga, lol.
Fun episode. Mostly just filler, though.
The highlight for me was the preview for next week's episode: Beerus vs. Goku. The battle appears to be extended, and features scenes we didn't see in BoG--Goku can be seen firing an energy blast at Beerus, for example. Also, it looks like Goku might use SSJ1 against Beerus first:
...Which he didn't do in the film either.
Suffice to say, I'm excited to see the changes. The outcome will undoubtedly still be the same, though. Even in the preview you can see that Goku is absolutely nothing compared to Beerus.

Unknown how true it is, but it's supposedly from Anime News Network and while that isn't necessarily proof, they tend to be pretty accurate about the production side of things due to sources in most big anime studios.

I'll be honest, I think King Kai's might be even worse in its own way. Where it doesn't have quite the same problem of not fitting a grown ass man like with Goku, Krillin, or Gohan (and to a lesser extent, Vegeta and Piccolo), King Kai's JP voice sounds like there was absolutely NO voice direction when recording his lines or something. Honestly, it's making me wish for the english dub more and more, something I had otherwise put aside for the sake of catching as much of this series as soon as I could.
My only other problem with this episode was that some frames of the animation quality were absolutely horrible. IE certain close-ups or movements of characters seemed to take a noticeable dip to the point that they looked like really cheap character renders you'd see in a flash animation. I'm hoping that doesn't become a thing, and at least the next episode looks like it's not going to suffer that.
