Even if Zeno is on-par with the IG in raw power (he's not), he's such an incredibly low versatility character that Thanos with the IG would still win.

Ehh, I think raw power could be argued, potentially even in Zen-Oh's favor. Haxx is a slaughter in IG's favor, though. To be fair on Zen-Oh's behalf in that regard, though, a being that literally became the universe and was warping time/space to the extent that the alternate present timeline was being affected, was instantly and effortlessly erased by Zen-Oh.

The biggest weakness of Zeno is that there isn't one Zeno. That puts him below Classic LT. Of course Zeno isn't supreme. He is there with IG. And isn't Tori-bot actually supreme in DBU?

About mortals surpassing GoD. Akira cleary said he doesn't have intentions Goku surpassing Beerus anytime soon (so that means there is potential for that) and he said Freeza can never catch up with Beerus no matter what.

Ending of DBZ is canon to anime, so who knows how powerful was Goku at EoDBZ.

Soul rip ends it instantly.

When did Toriyama say that Frieza can't surpass Beerus?

I will find it.

Here is said interview for reference:

"Akira Toriyama’s Inside Story: What’s the relationship between Beerus and Freeza?

Even Freeza is no match for the God of Destruction Beerus, no matter what he does! Since they both destroy stuff, they got along reasonably well, but one time Freeza had his clock cleaned when he got carried away and made Beerus angry."

🙂

Was that quote from the RoF Movie?

He said that in Dragon Ball Volume ‘F’ (guidebook to the RoF movie).

If Goku can eventually catch/surpass Beerus, I don't get why someone as gifted as Frieza who reached somewhere around rookie SSJ Blue level with just four months of training would not be able to do the same, if given the opportunity and time needed. Just from mentally training during his return to hell, Frieza decently improved himself again, along with fixing the initial problem of his golden form.

Wouldn't say Frieza would reach Zeno level if he trained more like that ridiculous proposed idea, but if he still has latent potential that would allow him to get significantly stronger in a short amount of time, he should be able to continue to progress as fast as Goku if not faster.

Logically speaking anyway, but if Toriyama decided fairly early on that Frieza will never catch Beerus (unlike Goku), then that's how it'll be I suppose.

Yup exactly, if he sticks to that idea, than that's it.

Good luck with Akira sticking to an idea and or showing any signs of consistency or respect for previously established lore/canon.

New Zen-Oh feat: In the manga, Future Zen-Oh erases thousands of Merged Zamasu's (each of which can easily oneshot SSB Goku/Vegeta) instantly. Easily Zen-Ohs best feat ever.

Thats a pretty good feat

It's just a variation of what happened in the anime.

Doesn"t mean one Zamas couldn't takes Zeno down if he had the chance.

Nah. He entered in the middle of all of them, and they all opted to run away instead of taking him head on. 👆

Yeah, I wasn't a big fan of the manga's Zamasu-cloning plot device. I mean, sure, it's better than having Zamasu's ghost merge with the universe, but I still feel like there could have been a much more interesting way to necessitate calling Zen-o.

It's difficult now to exceed Merged Zamasu in manga as an opponent in the future, he was too powerful. By far the most powerful villain in DBU.

Angels certainly wouldn't be match for him, not even close. We don't know about Grand Priest level, but it's possible not even he could defeat him.

If Goku finished erasing him, that probably would have been it.
