So again, how fast is Dypso?
This question is so simple but people are trying so hard to avoid the obvious that it's ridiculous. Dypso is faster than light and sound based off of what was said. Another question, how does Hit powers work? How much power did Beerus use against Raging Vegeta? Who's more powerful, Grand Priest or Beerus (or are they respecting him due to his title)?
Please answer these questions.

And if the answer is "ki control", why are characters way beyond Nappa even remotely startled by Perfect Cell shaking the earth by powering up?
When did Krillin shake Earth?
As to your question, Toppo, a character with keen insight and knowledge regarding Dypso, tells us he has surpassed light and sound. The name of the episode also refers to Dypso's fight as being a lightspeed battle. Based on those pieces of information, we can credibly say Dypso is at bare minimum faster than light.

Again, context. There is no reason to believe Android 18 knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that the entirety of the infinite void shook.
Lol...you do know these people are not real right? Lol, the writer used 17 as the pedestal of what was going on. This is half retarded. You all accept statements from Toppo...went on for days on when he brought up Dypso speed but when 17 say something, someone who have for more credibility, you want to deny it. Like I said, both Goku and Jiren shook infinity. Toriyama did not make a guide saying "only accept statements from this character, not tier, or Krillin, etc...).

I'm not giving Krillin fts that isn't performed, so, me commenting on this is irrelevant. Nappa shook Earth so it belongs to him. If Vegeta said that Nappa fart destroyed an island in the past, I am going to believe it.
What proof do you have of Toppo working with Dypso?

See, now you're pretending to know the author's exact intentions. We don't.

That's rich.

Now you're generalizing. When did I say Toppo's statements were legitimate? And Toppo's credibilty on Dyspo >>>>> Android 18's credibility on, literally, the entirety of the infinite world of void.
And it doesn't matter whether or not Toriyama made a guide saying to accept certain statements. The fact of the matter is that Android 18 literally doesn't have gnostication of the entirety of the World of Void and what's happening in it. There is no reason to take the statement 100% seriously when we see Jiren actually unleash his power and its not even shaking the arena, much less the entire infinite void. When the source material literally contradicts a statement from a fallible character, we take the actual material.
He doesn't have to shake the void "again." I'm saying there's no grounds to say, without a shadow of a doubt, that Jiren shook the entire world of void.
And who's credible enough to say what depends on the context and the statement being made, and whether or not said statement contradicts the source material.

Alright, the Grand Kai said that Goku shook the void. Is he credible? Then right after that, it was said that Goku power now match Jiren power. How credible is the Kai's.?
