What Goku does, Black does better. It was a straight up fact in a show and also confirmed by producer. So if Goku manages to reach Jiren, Black does it quicker. It's just that Jiren probably wouldn't let it to come to that and would finish him early.

Goku kneed and blasted him and it did nothing while he was in limit breaker form. Goku using KK 20 didn't damage him as well when he tagged him. Also, it was outright said that the spirit bomb explosion hit Jiren. He did not budge at all during that explosion. I think You should start reviewing stuff and putting pieces together before responding to a post.

Hit would destroy Vegeta. Vegeta need an amazing showing to make me think he is on Hits level. As of right now, Jiren doesn't even consider him a threat.

The blow to the cheek didn't make him move an inch. It did nothing.
The knee to the chest did bring a reaction but he tanked that and the blast that followed.
We seen that Goku attacks didn't work so even if he blocked or not, the level of his attacks did nothing to Jiren. It doesn't matter anyways because the Limit Breaker we saw wasn't a full potential limit breaker Goku. He was feeding off the energy of the spirit bomb due to his body being depleted and the power of the spirit bomb was nothing to Jiren. The next LB, will be Gokus own power which will be more challenging.
