It still irritates me that they seem to be treating UI as a bonafide transformation that Goku must consciously access/master, though -- kind of defeats the whole concept of 'subconscious fighting', imo, but w/e...
Doesn't bother me, because they already established different rules for mortals and gods with the potera.
Maybe Angels don't need to actually learn UI, because their thought processes are divine. While mortals needs to train their minds towards "enlightenment", and the transformation is our cue that they entered the UI state.
It’s easy to give the MUI design flak from a single panel, but will have to see it in action to solidify how I feel about it. Didn’t care much for super saiyan god’s design at first, but it grew on me in time which I still honestly like better than Blue, at least as far as Goku.
But yeah, with the likely connection to the angels with the hair color, Beerus’ decay is complete...
