Goku actually never rivaled Beerus. He skipped some powerlevel tiers.
Because all in all, he hasn't surpassed him.
At least the system requirements are reasonable.
Unless you're trying to push Doom 2016, I'm a big proponent of optimisation towards potatoes/toasters. I'm not playing a 2d fighter to be impressed by the graphics (Hand drawn art, on the other hand..), and I see higher system requirements on such games as either dev laziness/ incompetence, or pushing hardware for the sake of pushing hardware (As an anti-consumer, I'd make my own ice cream if I knew how. Blame the supreme court for making me this way., when I discovered they made it against the law to grow your own wheat in your backyard for personal use, in one of the most blatant overreach's of the bench in history. No, "commerce clause" does NOT give you the right to tell me what I can grow in my own back yard..)

Anyway, I hate that it’s come to this under the circumstances, but I’ve accepted that Beerus has been surpassed. There’s been no implication that Whis/the angels have been surpassed however, who also have MUI. Not sure where anyone’s getting that from.
