You can probably thank Frieza (and Buu when he was still evil) for U7 even having such a low mortal count to begin with, with the number of planets they destroyed over time when they were allowed to run amok.

Freeza undoubtedly destroyed several worlds/civilizations during his reign, but the predominate destructive force that likely shit the most on U7's mortal count was Pure Boo. He existed since "time immemorial"(literally one of the very first lifeforms in existence according to Toriyama), and destroyed planets en gros for eons before he was finally contained.

Frieza limping back to u7 for help after a failed invasion is a story that writes itself.

That's pretty reminiscent of the Black/Zamasu arc.

...But it's not like Toriyama is opposed to recycling stories, lol. I'd watch it.

Bonus artwork...

*Belmond is referring to Jiren there.

Recycling stories is about one of the most realistic things about Dragon Ball.

So in the re-release of DBS, Beerus states that base Goku(as of 6 months after the Boo saga) would have still gotten his ass stomped by Freeza:

On top of that, Beerus implies that even SSJ Goku would have been hard-pressed to defeat Freeza at that point:

...mmm

After Frieza hurts Caulifla, Kale gets mad and bodies him, even in his Golden form... 😱

This should finally settle it about Kale. As a Brolly homage/parody, it only makes sense she'd be above the current highest form of the heroes.

Well, that's pretty stupid. Talk about changing power levels just to fit whatever it is they want. Kale couldn't compete against Goku in his Super Saiyan God form but now in the manga she can easily take on Golden Frieza. Makes sense.

Well, if everyone in the manga is weaker than in the anime like some say, Frieza would be no exception. srug

Kale being stronger than SSJB Goku in RoF might be a bit much though, yeah.

Kale was stronger in the anime, too.

Gaining control depowered her.

Not true at all^

I have to agree, her controlled form was bogus against red hair goku. Her first berserk appearance was contending against blue hair goku fairly well.

I am liking the manga so far, it gets down to comparing power levels more accurately than the anime.

So is Kale = Toppo?

Probably above, in terms of raw power.

Vados: "This is probably the first time Kale has unleashed her own power. She's losing her reason as the vast power engulfs her. If she loses control like this, it won't even be a match anymore."

Can't be the only one imagining Galan wearing a kimono when he posts.

You actually might be, friend.

No she wasn't.

Berserk Kale sent Blue running into a panic, and tanked a Kamehameha.

Controlled Kale struggled with Red.
