Um... He kept UNLIMITED POWER from the IG, So Thanos was AMPED.
Flash will be able to tag Captain America even if Flash is just playing around.
Also I don't see how unlimited power translates into speed reflexes, care to explain?

Fighting multiple heroes while not taking then seriously and letting them attack you is in no way accurate of a typical Thanos fight. Context always matters. 🙂

He cut himself from the sensory input of time, space, reality, though and soul FROM THE IG. if he would have cut HIS OWN sensory input He would not be able to see or hear, and obviously that was not the case, he kept his OWN natural sensory input.
If he will have dulled his senses like you claim he would not have been able to see or hear anything.

He killed them despite not taking then seriously. He did this to impress death. Warlock knew they stood no chance and the real chance was to distract him enough for Surfer to take his gems. It failed. He slapped and defeated Cap easily.
Retread the comic because you didn't get the point. My point is Thanos doesn't fight in this mindset normally so you trying to cite this as a legit example is preposterous.

For all who want to see the slow mo ft. Hercules gains Spiderman powers and states that he is able to see (and react of course) the world in time slow motion view. The world is at a halt and he had enough time to think while looking at the bullets at at stand still and react by cutting the bullets out of the air.
