Neighboring state here. I feel the same.

Trump's rhetoric makes people go crazy on both sides, does anyone really want that across the entire country. I certainly don't.

Nope but I don''t want excuses made for it either like you kind of just did.

Also if you don't like the things the man says then don't attend his rallies. I don't like beets so I don't eat them. Even if there is a beet convention in town I actually don't need to attend it. If someone is on tv talking about eating beets I have the ability to change the channel.

Excuses for what? Trump's a public figure with (unfortunately) a lot of clout, his words carry far more weight than any Joe Average; why public figures like him need to watch what they say.

He's likely about to be one-step away from being President of the US, time for him to stop acting like a racist xenophobic douche. Comparing him to "beets" and a "if you don't like" is silly. Beets won't have the power to influence people's lives like he will, should he become POTUS.

You are blaming their behavior on something he said. Grown ups should be able to handle words they don't like without resorting to what these people did.

I'm not excusing the behavior, the people who destroyed that police cruiser are criminals just like the Trump supporters who attack Trump protestors. That doesn't excuse Trump for also inciting that behavior though.

iirc, you had no problem when that old dude punched out that young black anti-Trump guy. Why is it only a one-way issue with you?

I'm not sure what you mean by having no problem. I actually never said it was right to hit someone.

It's not one way, when Trump protesters were violent I said they were wrong too.

I dont get the beet thing though because a beet won't ever get access to Nuclear launch codes probably

This is true, unless it was like some kind of sentient beet that we for some reason elected as president. I mean radiation can do some wacky things but..anyways, the point was if they don't want Trump in office with access to those codes then the best way to go about it is to not vote for Trump and vote for someone else. Attend rallies for people you like.

Doing what they are doing isn't actually going to stop Trump from getting access to nuclear launch codes. It won't stop him from getting elected.

EDIT: Not to say I feel he will get elected, I just mean if he doesn't it's not going to be because a bunch of crazy people got violent outside some of his rallies because they lacked the emotionally capacity to take in what he was saying without letting it stir them into a frenzy.

I'd consider a sentient beet over Trump likely.

We got ourselves a screenplay brewing, Surt!

Thought you were pro that old man decking that Trump protestor. but fair enough if it wasn't you.

I wasn't advocating violence. Though I might of laughed at the idea of an 80 yr. old man punching some dude at a rally.

Now if the old guy had beaten someone bloody then no I wouldn't of been laughing.

trump has never acted like a racist xenophobic douche. Do you listen to comedians and laugh at politicians?

I laugh at both if they are funny.

Yep, Trump definitely has said some utterly stupid shit. This election is almost like a comedy skit that never ends lol.

He did say we lived in "most evil world."

Which makes me want to ask him about all the other worlds

Every night Donald Trumps hair astral projects to a different dimension. Nobody really knows where or when it goes. He is beyond space/time at this point.

He's like the Doctor. Except not helpful in any way, and unbearably proud of his uselessness.

Oh god now that episode of Doctor Who where he traps a little girl in a mirror for all eternity makes so much sense.

His bigotry is full of "bigotty bobbly racisty wacisty" type stuff

Somehow, some way, the Master regenerated as a hair piece..a very special hair piece, and we all know where it ended up.
