Um, he fought WS in the street before he found out he was Bucky. He did not hold back then and he had a hell of a time getting the advantage (tho he did eventually get the advantage right when he unmasked him). I will agree that we cannot use the end fight because there might as well a "holding back" issue with Bucky (tho I disagree with that that, Cap is a soldier and he had a mission to save a lot of lives, he might feel bad about knocking his friend's teeth in, but he's not going to pull his punches and risk millions of lives.... And I can also go as far as say Bucky, while not holding back, was already doubting himself at that point and may well have been not as focused as usual himself).
Fortunately, we can use the highway fight as a metric and can forgo the whole silly "holding back/distracted" downplay game.

Maybe im missing something but what fancy moves , acrobatics, agility etc did Ozy perform in the film that makes him more skilled than the likes of Cap, WS, Black Widow ?Again im asking for feats in the movie. Im not asking how easily he dispatched people. Im asking for his fighting movements, his technique, etc.
I remember him doing usual martial arts moves vs Nite Owl and crew , but nothing that other action stars haven't done (some better).
And his fighting speed wasn't as fast either to Cap and Bucky's fight.

Except he didn't know he was fighting Bucky during the highway scene and he was fighting not just to save Fury's life, his friends' and to protect everything he held dear. He sure as heck wasn't holding back then.

Now, if you know who Kirigi is, then you'd know how impressive it was that she even managed to do what she did here. Again, notice how in all of Elektra's fights, she can't rely on her durability nor her strength. She relies on her skill. That's the basis for the whole character is her skill. Then when you add in her speed and agility, that is how she wins. I wish they had a better more skilled actress more than anything lol
Here we see again, speed.. precision, agility and skill. It's what she does, and who she is. I swear it's like people can't accept that Cap isn't the most skilled guy. He just isn't. He's skiled, no doubt, but he's also a tank and relies on that more than the mentioned people. Which is the point I've been making.

The funny thing with that video is, Elektra only does acrobatics twice. And only once does she use it within combat. All of her other hits are just straight to the point movements. Yet when she does it, you praise her skill. When Cap does it (like the clip against Winter Soldier), you call him a brick because you say he doesn't do it often... even though Cap seems to do it just as often (if not more so) as Elektra.

I don't see all that much point in the comparison in anyways. If you give Cap her sais, I doubt he could replicate all Elektra's feats exactly as she did them. She definitely appears faster and more nimble. But at the same time, if you give Elektra Cap's shield, I highly doubt she could replicate all his film feats exactly the same way either. If we are going to bring skill into it, some of Cap's shield tosses basically defy the laws of physics. There is such a thing as having different areas of skill.
