Since I've held that Lucas didn't really make fumbles with the PT, I'm not going to agree with you.

I've always held the position that the PT was great. My mind didn't change when TFA and TLJ came up which was almost completely bereft of GL's creative touch and storytelling.

Dunno, still think she could have been lied too, to make her more susceptible to join forces. The scene in the dark pit was very reminiscent of Luke's ordeal in Empire and her seeing herself after asking the question...

There’s still a chance, but by Ep.9 people will have had 2 years to accept it, and so I doubt they’ll do another turn around.

Seemed she was still pondering it and he made it a fact for her, no?

No. Regardless, JJ can do whatever he wants but this film pretty clearly states that she is a “nobody” and it’s meant to be taken as fact. If JJ does decide to retcon it in IX, he would undermine much of this film's meaning.

throwaway villain. We were led to believe that Snoke was going to be the next Darth Sidious, but Snoke was ultimately nothing more than a red herring. Snoke dies, audiences react with "WTF?!?", and Kylo Ren becomes the next main villain. Nothing more.

I said he'd be the most powerful in this or the next film. He was proven more powerful in this film. It isn't even close. You backed Palpatine and were wrong. I also said Kylo is greater than Vader and he is both in station and in terms of evil. First Order is far greater than the empire as well. I've been right about everything.

You're just upset Kylo is more evil than Vader and Snoke is beyond direct conflict. Snoke's dialogue, his appearance, his voice, and his overall character is vastly superior to Palpatine. It isn't even close. I'm right. Snoke is on another level.
