Like I said, prove it. Don't just say stuff, provide reasoning behind it. Bucky is strong enough to match Cap, who's strong enough to carry a motorcycle above his head. Prove that Ozy can at least match that, otherwise TChalla will just shrug off his blows.

The latter. Bucky's biological parts are on par with Cap, but his robotic arm in stronger.

Yet his suit was undamaged, Black widow survived, etc. Just movie physics. The writer had no intention of that being a durability feat. So it isn’t.

Yeah, we literally see T'Challa running towards his father and getting flung like a sack of potatoes. And we are explicitly told later that his father was not the only casualty either. So, we know T'Challa survived a blast that killed multiple other people, and barely got scratched in the process. But it's H1, so of course he is going to downplay the crap out of the feat.

Anyone who still argues that Bucky isn't superhuman is a massive troll. We've seen him perform multiple superhuman feats, we've had him referred to as a super soldier at multiple points, had the directors themselves make comparisons between him and Steve, and even use him to showcase another character's superhuman nature. Anyone who argues against this is going directly against both screen feats and writer's intent.
