People with non-binary gender identities are essentially gender anarchists. They believe the binary system of gender is oppressive, and think the best solution is to deconstruct that system by creating new gender categories.
Non-binary people are subverting the gender binary, whereas transsexual people are actually reinforcing it. Transsexuals are seeking to align their gender and their sex to be like cisgender people.
Drag performers are simply entertainers who perform gender. They critique and satirize gender roles by showing how restrictive and arbitrary they are. Drag performers can be male or female, gay or straight. There are straight cisgender women who are drag queens.
All of these people are considered transgender, because transgender is an umbrella classification for everyone who is not cisgender. But as you can see, they are all very different.
