So you're saying, everyone that Thanos have fought that have shown planetary plus level power, they all got weaker when they fought Thanos? So every single person that Thanos has beat up that have shown power either on or above planetary level, by some miracle, they dub down to less than that power? Characters who fought Thanos and have shown planet busting power is written below that level of power the high majority of the time. Facts. To assume Thanos was subjected to planet busting power just because that character, at least once, shown planet busting power is illogical.
Otherwise, we must assume that every time Gladiator punches someone then it is with planet busting power.

I just looked at the comic again (I've read it before years ago).
No where does those blasts destroy any planets. The blasts didn't even seem mountain destroying level. Certain fodder characters were not even Disintegrated. But rather, they had injuries that appear to come from something weak as hell.
The only saving grace was killing Glads and Thor. But one could argue the "Superman being koed by a gas station" logic there.
In conclusion, those blasts were significantly less than planet shattering. Surfer's blasts also appeared to be weak as shit in that comic too.
