question for the "pronoun people"

Imagine it with voting. Kids can vote with parents' permission.

"Yeah, my kid's voting for who I'm voting for. What a coincidence."

They're free?

Actually Scribble raised a good point about child abuse, so even with parental guidance it's probably not a good idea.

I'm not a fan of arbitrary age limits for things but whatever.

well no not free persay, but the person wouldn't be paying for it. tax payer funded sex changes with no parental permission required.

Even with age limits that tends to be the case though.

And kids are probably no less clueless than most American adults when it comes to world affairs and politics.

Arbitrary age limits are an issue, since everyone ages mentally at varying levels. That's why keeping it to the age of consent seems fairly reasonable to me.

The age of consent itself is completely arbitrary. Hence why it's so different in so many countries.

This is, sadly, true. But it's at least one safeguard we have, right? We need at least something.

I feel like this world deserves to be destroyed if people honestly feel tax payer funded sex changes for teenagers are a good thing.

I feel like we earned our destruction. We do not deserve to exist as a society if we believe that.

Most sensible countries have it between 16—21. I think 16—18 is most rational, with 18 being my preference.

Yeah it's doing a real bangup job. Look who we have running things.

Humanity is garbage and we as a collective have just openly embraced this fact now.

You guys don't even have taxpayer-funded chemotherapy, tbf, so don't worry about that yet.

I think humanity is awesome. There's nothing else like us. We judge ourselves by our own arbitrary standards, and opt for negativity for no rational reason.

When you say tax payer funded sex changes, how far do they go with them? Do they allow full blown under-the-knife operations? Or things like hormone therapy and so on?

Good thing, too. If there were we'd be perpetually at war with them and neither one of us would likely exist at this point.

In the UK, you can get all of that, but it takes a long time. Like, years. UNLESS you're a child. In which case you get fast-tracked at age 13.

Eh, all anything else does is shit and **** until they die. We make music, and write books. We're better.

Yeah dick slicing should be saved for a 18 birthday, or at least a sweet 16. Or pain olympics.

I think you meant to say "it should be saved for the 18th birthday and also paid for by the 18 yr. old"

Chemotherapy is trash. It kills the person quicker than the cancer does. If I ever get cancer I will not, under any circumstances, submit myself to chemotherapy.

I think dogs are better than us. They love unconditionally and will accept you however you are so long as you feed them and show them a little bit of affection, which they return to you ten-fold. Also they haven't committed genocide a few hundred times.
