There is no scan posted so far stating Thor does not need to breathe. I am not asking for scans of him flying about in space, because I can easily post Flash running etc etc in space - but I am not going to suggest he doesn't need to breathe:

Note he has no breathing apparatus.

Of course, unless writers come out and explicitly say he doesn't need to breathe due to the SpeedForce, then I will just have to chalk it up to PIS in my scan.

So we apply the same rules and logic to Thor as a character. Do we have a scan stating he does not need to breathe? Simple yes or no.

I don't even care whether Thor has at least a scan for it. I just want these people to either provide it or concede they don't have one, or at least STFU.

Well he can survive in space for a very long time, so if he needs to breathe, then he at least can hold his breath very well.
