But of course, according to Stoic et al, Herc is stronger than Thor, so... still not the example this thread is looking for
As opposed to all the skill feats from Nef?.
You've got skill examples. You posted an example yourself, and so did I.
How many is enough, against none at all?

Targeting muscles to control a foe is pretty good skill. No reason he couldn't do the same with his bare finger.
On paper this is good, but in addition to Hercules is using a sword, I don't know how the two compare physically. If anything him using that sword would lead me believe the opponent is too above Hercules physically for him to replicate it without the sword.

Why couldn't Herc throw Nef all day like that? How could Nef punch him while he's being slammed?
This is a decent skill feat but Namor is not only weaker than Hercules but if anything he set himself up charging like that in the air.

He was above Hercules physically (that's mortal Herc) and should somewhere around Liberace in skill. And yet...And the point is just that fights where Herc uses skill to "close the strength gap" don't seem to go the way Stoic describes. I'm not lowballing Herc, just wondering where we can see Stoic's Herc in the comics.
I see a lot of lip service but then the actual examples tend to be underwhelming. Same with Thor, but that's kinda getting off topic. Or maybe it is topic relevant as an example of these types are on paper impressive but fail to live up to the hype in practice.

How great do you think Count Neverhadafight is without the speed advantage and laser eyes?

He did perfectly fine not using his speed against Thor.
Thor fought kind of dumb though. Punch, punch, hammer.
In the Herc scenerio he gets a double leg takedown, followed by repeated slams until he finally drops.
I mean, the Avengers did wear him down over time. Wasp sting, Wonder Man and Iron Man, Thor, and finally Vision. This proves damage can accumulate over time.
So if Herc decided to slam him literally all day long, how would Nef stop him? By punching him? How do you punch a guy gripping you from behind and throwing you, or a guy spinning you?

So you're comparing him getting psyched out from rapid aging(whether the aging itself effected his powers or not) and getting attacked by multiple angles from different powers to.....a one on one fight where presumably the rapid aging isn't already happening. And Hercules won't have anybody to jump in, since, you know, one v one.

Was that Avengers team capable of more DPS then Herc is capable of?
Not at all.
And grappling is by definition "multiple angles". Nefaria only showed he is capable of straight assaults, he should have no clue how to counter multiple grapples from the inventor of Pankration.
The fight will be like this:
Nefaria will have no clue how to deal with being thrown over, and over, and over again.
Likely while being hit from odd angles. And kneed in the nuts.

This is just a bad argument. Even ignoring the rapid aging and what effect it could have had on his powers, it was from multiple angles one after another. Not one individual attacking him and moving to attack again. Unless you think he's just going to let Hercules reposition and attack again, why is your argument and video relevant? The only grappling example you gave was Hercules slamming a weaker opponent already in the air charging. 😬
When was Hercules ever represented as a weakling, or pushover? Was the Abomination too much for him, or did another character outright defeat him him at his highest levels? If so who, and would they be able to easily replicate his defeat onto Count Nefaria scaled down to Hercules level speed, with no laser vision?
I guarantee you that the pro fighter, or one that has been in many battles (experienced fighter at the very least) would sneak an amateur (at best), or neophyte fighter (which is what Count Nefaria is) in the face repeatedly without any suitable defense being raised to stop the next assault from occurring.
Can Herc take a hit? Hercules at his best has less endurance than Thor, but he can certainly take heat. These guys are in the same weight class, and are similarly built. Hercules is actually larger than he is at 6’5”, and he weighs more as well.
This would be a ridiculous stomp. The Count would be stumbling around in the dark by the end.

Pro wrestling in a real fight? Lol.

Homo Erectus Africanus is a bullshit fairy tale.
And Egyptians weren't black, either.
Egypt was one of the first boiling pots. Stop projecting, and pick up an actual book on the subject. Yes that’s right, go to the library.
