Once again, you are comparing vertigo to the Islamic belief. In these comics, Jesus is admittedly a person of God, unlike the Islamic religion. Yet, he has superiors. Completely different.
Angels have no power over men that is not given to them by God, other than the power of persuasion. Niether do demons, or Satan himself (who is Lucifer.)

What moral wrong do religious scholars do that other men do not? All have sinned. Are you reffering to the crusades, or something?

I know that. But if you're going to use religion in a comic book, at least be accurate. If you don't, you're bound to offend someone. Using Jesus's name and likeness in a comic book that falsely depicts him is disrespectful.

It would be like someone deciding to use your name and likeness in their comic book, but instead, they decide make you a crossdresser, and your mother's a transvestite. Only in this case, it's infinitely worse. Disrespectful.
