I didn't downplay any cap feat. Just preventing you and others from overplaying them to levels they are not. It goes both ways. You and Jake just exaggerate the shit out of Caps feats making them things they are not.
You are reaching through your ass in all movies (from avengers, to Thor, to IM, to CA, etc.) to get feats to support your case. This is desperation. You are using the highest feats by a character as a basis for all showings when clearly things fluctuate in comics and movies. In other words, your logic suggests that if a character tanks a Gladiator punch then they tanked a planet destroying punch, that means Surfer withstood a galaxy destroying blast by Odin, etc.
You are not debating because you think you are right. You are debating from bias. You don't like Ozy and want Cap to beat him. That's called butthurt I think.
Clearly Cap can be hurt by superhuman strength as Skull shown. Plus he is not bulletproof.
Ozy has shown to have superhuman strength near the level of Cap or Skull several times, yet you ignore it and treat him as if he is a regular human.
This is trolling.
Basically your desperate argument is that Ozy can't hurt Cap because
1. Cap didn't die (he was definitely hurt) when Loki hit him
2. Loki is strong enough to block Thor
3. Thor is strong enough to crush IM wrist armor
Yet you don't understand it takes far less force to block someone with a tool than the enemy is applying. Yet you don't understand that in the very scene Loki fought Cap that he didn't do anything beyond a couple of tons of force (throwing Cap 10ft away, not damaging the ground after hitting it, etc.). You can't pick and choose.
Then you constantly ignore my question on using the highest feats or average feats. If this isn't trolling I don't know what is.
I was actually considering going back through the list again, even though multiple people have tried explaining why you're wrong for the last 15 pages, but then I got to this part of your post.

No one tried explaining why I was wrong. No one truly debated. They just said Cap wins because I want him to.
Ozy wins because he is strong enough to hurt Cap (as having superhuman feats), has greater skill and h2h speed, and is much smarter in combat.
That is my argument. It is sound and strong. Nothing about it suggests bias.

Cap didn't tank Loki's punches either. He was hurt by them. In the same fight scene Loki didn't show much strength (throwing Cap only 10ft and not being able to damage the ground after hitting it). Now if Cap wasn't hurt by Loki then you would have a point. The fact that Cap was hurt AND Loki wasn't using great strength makes it a non feat. Also the neck and face area is more vulnerable to Cap. Loki didn't hit him there.
Ozy caught a bullet thus proving his hand speed and reflex speed is far greater than Cap's. He would eat Cap alive easily.

Steel/Iron that size is very heavy and very durable. Brass/Copper? It could be a million different type of alloys. It was made to do shows, not to fight wars. A bullet easily penetrated it proving it wasn't steel. You are not in the discussion. Silent claimed it was made of steel with no proof. We can accept it was made of steel except there is evidence against it.

Strength is proven and not just accepted. Loki has no strength feats beyond class 5.
I didn't claim the laser was weak against Cap. You claimed it was strong as the one that knocked Iron Man back. Yet I showed you another blast that didn't do shit to IM.
