I know I shouldn't, but DE Luke has a habit of insulting members for no particular reason except for the fact that he can.

No it doesnt. However Dooku has been training for these 80 years. He has mastered and perfected makashi and is extremely powerful with the force. The Counts 80 years of training are more than Lukes week (or however long it was). And Luke may have been naturally skilled, but this does not make him better than an 80 year old master.

And I haven't seen you show anything about what Dooku has done in most his life,where Jim,has posted a bunch of info about what has done in his life,which is highly considerable.

Dooku has:
-found the template for a clone army
-started the clone wars
-led the jedi into combat against the Mandalorians. (was one of the few who survived)
-mastered Makashi
-has been the master to several padawans
-studied both sides of the force
-can go toe to toe with Yoda
-can beat Kenobi with relative ease

And much more that I have not listed. The point is Doku has had the 'hands on' experience that you can only get through age. Luke has not got any of this. Natural talent can only get yoo so far...

He got seduced by the dark side and overpowered Vader. Also Vader was emotionally turmoiled about killing his son. However it makes no difference. Luke would not get seduced by the dark side in a battle with Dooku. They have never met so the Count will not be able to anger Luke like he did Anakin.
