The Hunter has very nearly reached the key, Heph, when he turns to see The Doctor walking towards him. He gets closer to the key... closer still... closer still... and gives up. He whips his hand away, takes another look at the incoming Doctor, and stands.
He then hefts at the largest bone pinning you down, and hoists it over to one side, before dashing off towards the back.

Okay, idea for Barb and Cloud, since they're ready to get their asses over here. And we DO need you here; the Agent is heading for us.
As you drive the car at high speeds towards us, Cloud can hop out, Barb will intentionally flip the car over so that the gas tank is exposed. He'll hop out as the car rams into more cars and our Vamps.
We all get clear, I shoot the gas tank, KABOOM! Hopefully the explosion of one car sets off the others, and our Vamps are history.
And then we take on the Agent.
While dumbfounded by the Hunter's action to free him, Heph does not waste a second as the Doctor approaches. If the Hunter fled from him, Heph would likely do the same.
He scrambles up and grabs for the Key.
Swap DF for VG.

Basically you two get over here, you bail out of the car once you're close, Barb should try and crash it in such a way to flip it over just before he bails, and Ares will shoot the gas tank and try to make it explode.
And speaking of, Barb says he'll hop in the driver's side of the car and head to the plaza.
