That doesn't disprove at all the obvious fact Heihachi walked from the spot he was lying in, to the spot where Kazuya was on the floor after getting knocked out by Jin. It simply does not matter whatsoever, if he was seen making his way from his far spot to Kazuya. He obviously walked his way, as he was shown taking steps past Kazuya and towards Jin.
