I know you're buddies, but must you join in when he's blatantly/childishly trolling me for a reaction?
That was pretentious of you, wasn't it?
I took that as an older wiser person correcting my wording because it was a saying that I was obviously meaning that saying. (truthfully, it slipped my mind...so..thanks RJ. 😄 )

What does one have to do with the other? We have seen Yoda repeatedly take a lot of time and all his attention in lifting heavier objects, have we not?

Wasn't that "size matters not" line more in response to Luke bitching about the X-Wing being too heavy?
Either way, Bardocks point is that the Jedi force powers have their limits, Yoda couldn't just toss a 5 ton object as easily and quickly as he could a 10 pound object.
Originally posted by RobtardIt means both. "Judge me by my size, do you?"

And durh.
Originally posted by Rogue JediHe was talking about the size of the object he lifted not mattering. But it does matter. The size of the person, might not matter, but that's not what you and I have just discussed in our last 4 posts, so why did you bring up Yoda being small anyways?

Okay."Durh" what? If you understood and agreed with his original point, why did you question it?

What, that a Jedi has their limits?
That the force has limits and it isn't an instant win power, as seen per the movies.
In regards to this specific fight, considering that no force user has ever tried to Force-hold,choke or even push someone of Spider-man's physical strength level, it is certainly possible that they either couldn't or it wouldn't affect Spider-man all much, so the "The Jedi just need the Force to win a fight" doesn't really hold water.
Originally posted by RobtardI already agreed that a Jedi has their limits, I never said the Force was always a guaranteed win.

I only implied that a Jedi/Sith with the force is way too much for spidey to handle.
"Size matters not" relates to everything. To the force wielder, to the object the force is being used on, to the physical strength of the combatant a force user is facing. Spidey would be helpless in a force hold.
Example:
I know, corny vid, but that's pretty much how it would go down.
Also, ROTJ, Luke force chokes those 2 Gamorrean guards in Jabba's palace. There's the clincher.

So, you were getting confused about the arguments going on. No biggie.
But do you agree that Yoda saying size doesn't matter in relation to force lifting, etc...is not in accordance with what we saw in the movies?
