I saw what you meant, and that's just Sidious's fighting stance. If you look at 1:20, 1:45, 2:50, and 3:00, you will see that he fights with his saber pointed at his enemy.

And the scene where you claim he let Windu back into the fight, Windu was well out of reach of Sidious's FULLY OUTSTRETCHED ARM, he was not within striking distance, the camera angle makes it look like he is closer.

Silly, doesn't prove a thing. And, including EU, non frce user best Jedi on multiple occassions. Spider-Man can, too, if they can.

Hard to say if it was 6inches or not. And Mace was backing away, he was always well out of reach of Sidious.

He already had Anakin, he had Anakin when he said he could save Padme. Sidious tried in vain to beat Windu, and, when Anakin showed up, he turned on the waterworks and spouted more "I can save the one you love" bullshit. It was a last ditch effort to save his life, and, fortunately for Sidious, Anakin was weak willed enough to buy it.

Jango was in full mandalorian armor, and Obi Wan had been relieved of his saber. Jango only really had one moment, when he head butted Obi Wan.

And we all saw what happened when he tried to drag Obi Wan around with his fibercord.

Actually... no. It's a common mistake made by inexperienced swordsman. Sideous had his lightsaber a few inches away, but, he had overextended himself. In order to move forward six inches he would have had to take another step forward, which could have proved fatal if Mace maneuvered correctly.

Regardless, George Lucas, THE MAN, himself, has already stated that Mace "overpowered" Sideous in the duel. He won fair and square.

I don't intend to become actively involved in this thread. I don't like it's set-up and I don't like the way the debates between people in this sub-forum progress in general. It, like the OTF, has become really heated for stupid reasons.

Yeah, the setup is whack, especially giving spidey force powers.

Not that so much as the fact that in this forum A-Level canon is basically ignored when it comes to Star Wars. Not including EU is realistic, but ignoring Movie level canon on the basis that it's not a movie is something else entirely.
