Here's another juicy little nugget of pwnage: 47 killed 53 men in his entire film. Wesley killed 30-40. Swagger? He killed 70 AND an armored attack chopper ten minutes into the movie. All in all he killed over 100. Not to mention, not to MENTION, dude, that Swagger took on THREE CIA counter snipers and killed them all.

Pit Wesley against Swagger in a sniper duel, where Swagger is aware he is being hunted, and Wesley has no chance. Why? Because he hasn't got Swaggers training.
It all comes back to sniping being far more than making long shots. 47 and Wesley can make longer shots, yes, but Swagger is the complete package.

Depends on many things. Swagger can easily go stealth and avoid being seen. When Wesley outstalks and kills 3 CIA counter snipers, or even snipes an army of 70 men who are all firing back AND an armored attack chopper, maybe we'll talk.
Again, long shots are only a part of sniping. Impossible to tell how far Wesley was from Freeman when he shot him. It sure as shit was not "miles." And it's only one feat, whereas Swagger has more than be counted.

So he didn't "out-stalk 3 CIA snipers", he just had the sense to position himself first and the CIA was somehow retarded enough to not think of that first, despite knowing Swagger would be doing that himself since he's "the best sniper." Same with the first scene, they where positioned first and their cover was quickly blown.
